Main Club Committee - Volunteers Please

Main Club Committee - Volunteers Please

The Main Club, which oversees the running of all four sections and the grounds and clubhouse, is urgently looking for people to fill the following roles: Chairperson, Treasurer, Membership Secretary, Social Secretary. I would ask every Squash member to very seriously consider if they could offer some of their time to take on one of these roles, even on a trial basis, to help maintain the viability and vitality of the Main Club. I look forward to hearing from anybody that can assist. Tony Hindley, Squash Chairman

Squash Closure - Coronavirus

Squash Closure - Coronavirus

We have decided, like most sports clubs, to close the Club for a period of time, no less than two weeks, but probably four, until such time as its safe and practicable to resume. A review would be required to determine when we could re-open and what measures would need to be taken to allow that to happen, cleaning, etc. It may well be that 4 weeks from now we are still at the height of the outbreak and this all proves impractical. May I wish you and your families good health and thank you for your understanding in this challenging time. Best wishes and take care #stayhome Tony Hindley, Squash Chairman
